Questions people actually ask.
Free trials, CRM options, compliance, pricing — the things you'd ask on a call, answered here instead.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, two ways: every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and the Free plan itself has no time limit — both, no card required.
Do I need to switch CRMs to use ClioIQ?
No. ClioIQ ships with its own built-in CRM, or you can connect Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho instead — every AI capability works the same either way.
Does ClioIQ record calls with consent?
Yes. Every call shows a recording indicator to all participants before capture starts — consent isn't assumed.
What languages does ClioIQ support?
ClioIQ captures and files calls in the language they're actually spoken in, not just English — built for how sales teams in India actually sell.
How is ClioIQ priced?
Per seat that talks to customers — Free, Starter, Business, and Enterprise plans. Everyone else on the team, from support to leadership viewing analytics, is free regardless of tier. See the full pricing breakdown.
What's the difference between ClioIQ's built-in CRM and syncing my existing CRM?
ClioIQ CRM writes instantly since there's nothing to sync. An external CRM like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho stays current on a schedule you control, with a full log of what moved and when. See how CRM works.
Which plan do I need for external CRM sync?
Free doesn't include external CRM sync — it's notetaking only. Starter offers it as an add-on. Business and Enterprise include it outright, syncing to Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho. The built-in Clio CRM itself is included on every paid plan, Starter and up. See the full pricing breakdown.
Where is call data stored, and how long is it kept?
Call recordings, transcripts, and CRM data are encrypted at rest and in transit, with access restricted to authorized personnel. Recordings and transcripts are retained for as long as your account is active, and your organization can request deletion at any time. Call content is never used to train models shared across other customers. Full detail in our privacy policy.
